What is Kyero?
Kyero was founded on a simple principle – that it should be as easy to buy a house in Spain as it is to book a hotel room.
Before Kyero, the process of buying a property in Spain was over-complicated, it required a lot of difficult research and took a long time. Kyero founders, Martin and Louise Dell, created a website to connect international buyers with Spanish estate agents. Over time it has become much more than that. Not only does the website have a vast choice of properties listed by hundreds of trusted agents, but people come to Kyero for help, advice and inspiration too. What does Kyero do?
You’ve seen the website, read the blogs and listened to the podcasts, but, you’re wondering, what do the people who work at Kyero do every day? Well, apart from keeping the website up to date, here are a few important things we do:
- Talk to Spanish agents! We love to find new agents with great property portfolios to list on the Kyero website.
- Vet our agents. Every agent listed on the site is background checked to make sure they are legitimate, legal and have lovely homes to sell.
- Check in with our agents to make sure they’re happy, getting your messages and are able to help people like you find what they want.
- Create market reports filled with useful data* so our agents can improve their services and you can learn more about the Spanish property market.
- Developing our technology to improve your experience on the website.
- Collecting and responding to feedback to make sure everyone is receiving the best service and achieving their goals.
How does it work?
Kyero hosts the website, and our agents upload their property listings to it.
A good place to start is our advice pages, then why not browse some of our location guides and then, when you are ready, dive into the property listings. Select a region or area that you are interested in and use the search filters to adjust by budget, property type, number of bedrooms and features such as swimming pool. You can use ‘add to favourites’ to create a list of saved properties that you can return to later.
Once you have a shortlist, you can then look at your favourites more closely, contact the agents to ask questions or find out about viewings. Being able to contact one of our trusted partner agents at the click of a button will help you avoid the potential pitfalls and heartbreaks sometimes associated with buying abroad.
